With Service Overlay, you are able to enter your customer’s rating of the product using the star symbols in the upper left corner on all product slides. This feedback on the individual products is automatically included in the protocol.
5 stars: Product meets with great interest
3 stars: Product is rather uninteresting / moderately interesting 1 star: Product is not interesting for the customer
The selection of the rating is optional. Do not add a rating, for example, if the product is not relevant for the customer or if you have not heard a statement from your customer.
